very berry smoothie

this recipe was created after trying the very berry smoothie from Booster Juice but wanting it to be more well rounded and not include any juice. When I go to Booster Juice my go to order is the Very Berry made with soy or oat milk instead of juice and I always add protein powder! Let me know if you try this order and what you think!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk or water
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 heaping tbsp greek yogurt
  • 3 large frozen strawberries
  • 1 handful frozen blueberries
  • 3 chunks frozen pineapple

Instructions

  • place all ingredients into a blender and blending on high until smooth

This one really should be made with at least mostly frozen fruit to get the right consistency!
