preheat the oven to 400F
line 2 baking pans with parchment paper, tin foil or oil
cut the sweet potato into bite sized cubes, put on one of the baking pans and top with a drizzle of oil, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and maple syrup and add to the preheated oven and set a 15 minute timer
halve the brussel’s sprouts and add to second baking sheet and top with salt, garlic powder and onion powder
to the baking sheet with the brussel’s sprouts, add the chicken breasts and top with salt, garlic, onion and paprika
when the 15 minute timer goes off, flip the sweet potatoes and add the second baking pan to the oven for 18-20 minutes until the chicken reaches 650F internal temperature
removal all from the oven and enjoy
