chocolate peanut butter chia pudding
A classic grab and go breakfast for me, you can see me eating this in the office often on days I don't have leftover dinner for lunch. I make directly into a mason jar so there is no clean up and its already to grab and go for work.

- 3/4 cup milk of choice
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 heaping tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 banana sliced
Get Recipe Ingredients
add all ingredients to mason jar or sealable container of choice
shake or stir to combine
allow chia to absorb the liquid for at least 1 hour before enjoying
if you don't enjoy the texture, you can blend the ingredients to create a smoother pudding consistency
