  • 1 apple sliced
  • 2 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp water

Instructions

  • add the nut butter, honey and water to a small bowl and whisk together until smooth
  • you maybe need to add more water to get the right consistency, add 1/2 tsp at a time and whisk together well until you are happy with the texture
  • enjoy with apple slices
