Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 egg(s)
- 2 scoops protein powder
- 1 cup whole rolled oats
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 bananas ripe and peeled
Optional toppings: fruit, nut butter, maple syrup - avoid syrup if you have diabetes
Instructions
- add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth
- allow to sit while heating up a fry pan with small amount of oil
- pour pancake mixture directly into preheated pan and cook on medium to low heat until edges have firmed and bubbles have risen to the top in the batter, then flip and cook the same amount of time on the second side
- serve with optional toppings
- these pancakes can also be frozen after cooling and reheated in a toaster to enjoy at a later date
