Even as a young teen, I have always been surrounded by exercise, nutrition and spirituality. Not always for the right reasons or in the best ways, but health habits have always been a significant part of my life. 

Decades later I am finally letting go of extremes and finding a balance I can be consistent with. Those small habits that have the power to change the way I live my life, show up for the world and serve others from a place of health. 

MelloWell was born from wanting to help my patients with the basics. The practices I know to have the biggest impact on health, but in todays world feel the hardest to integrate. As a naturopathic doctor practicing since 2019, I have struggled with the idea of balancing hormones or correcting the microbiome when the basics of health are not in place. I wanted to help people at the root of their concerns and in many cases, that meant not turning a blind eye to the hard work that comes with the biggest rewards of all.
