ingredients
- 3/4 cup milk of choice
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/3 cup carrot, grated
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- optional for topping: crumbled walnut, dried coconut
instructions
- add all ingredients to a mason jar or sealable container
- shake or stir to combine
- allow to sit for at least 1 hour for the chia seeds to absorb the liquid
