carrot cake chia pudding

ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/3 cup carrot, grated
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • optional for topping: crumbled walnut, dried coconut 

instructions

  1. add all ingredients to a mason jar or sealable container
  2. shake or stir to combine
  3. allow to sit for at least 1 hour for the chia seeds to absorb the liquid
