Ingredients
- 1 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2-3/4 cup water
- 1-1.5 tsp salt 1 tsp if you have high blood pressure
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- i like to make this directly into the container i store it in the fridge in, for me this is a 2 cup mason jar. I like this size because i can eye ball the ingredients easily
- add all ingredients to the mason jar and start with 1/2 a cup of water, stir very well to combine, this may take some time for it to become smooth, just keep stirring it will!
- if it becomes too thick to stir, add more and more water until you get the consistency you prefer
- keeps sealed in the fridge for months
