Equipment
- 8x8 baking dish
Ingredients
- 1 banana ripe
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp honey melted
- 2 tbsp nut butter I like to use the Kirkland mixed nut butter for this one
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup whole rolled oats
- 1 cup milk of choice I use soy or cow
optional: sliced nuts or seeds, 1/2 cup fresh, frozen or dried fruit
Instructions
- preheat oven to 375F
- I like to make this recipe directly in the baking dish to minimize dishes! Directly into an 8×8 inch baking dish, add the banana and mash very well with a fork
- add the egg, honey and nut butter and mix well with the fork until fully combined
- add the cinnamon, milk and oats and mix well again until fully combined
- bake for 20-30 minutes until the top is golden brown
- stores well in the fridge in a sealed container or freezer bag for a week
