A classic grab and go breakfast for me, you can see me eating this in the office often on days I don't have leftover dinner for lunch. I make directly into a mason jar so there is no clean up and its already to grab and go for work.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 heaping tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 banana sliced

Instructions

  • add all ingredients to mason jar or sealable container of choice
  • shake or stir to combine
  • allow chia to absorb the liquid for at least 1 hour before enjoying
  • if you don't enjoy the texture, you can blend the ingredients to create a smoother pudding consistency
