Ingredients
- 1.5 cup whole wheat flour
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Wet ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup blueberries
Instructions
- preheat the oven to 400F
- in a large bowl, stir to combine the dry ingredients
- make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and crack the eggs into the well, whisk in the center
- add the remaining wet ingredients and stir until well combined
- grease or line a 12 cavity muffin tin and divided the batter equally into the cavities
- bake for 10-12 minutes or until tops have slightly browned
