Ingredients

  • 1 cup greek yogurt vanilla or plain
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1-2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract if using plain yogurt

Optional: 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup (esp if your protein powder and yogurt is unflavoured/ not sweetened, then add a sweetener to taste)

Instructions

  • mix all ingredients directly into the bowl you plan to eat it in, and enjoy!
